The services offered on this SITE are provided by Careerland Human Resources Limited Company, located in Ataşehir, Istanbul (hereinafter referred to as 'Careerland'), and Careerland is the legal owner of the SITE and has all rights of use and disposal over the SITE.

These terms of use may be amended by Careerland when necessary. If changes occur, they will be published on the SITE and will be effective from the date of publication.

Every natural or legal person who benefits from the SITE services and accesses the SITE is deemed to have accepted any changes made to these terms of use by Careerland in advance.

Careerland reserves the right to modify at any time the information, forms and content present or to be present on this SITE.

Definitions

SITE
The website accessible online where various services and contents are offered within the framework determined by Careerland.
MEMBER
A person who wishes to purchase a package from Careerland, completes the selected membership form in full, and whose membership is approved by Careerland; members can register by providing accurate identity information and filling out the relevant membership form on the SITE in full.
USER
A person who visits the Careerland website with or without purchasing a package.
LINK
A connection from the SITE to another website, files or content, or a connection from another website to the SITE that allows access to files and content.
CONTENT
All kinds of information, files, images, programs, figures, prices, and other visual, written and auditory materials published or accessible on the SITE or any website.
WEBSITE TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT
This agreement concluded electronically between Careerland and natural or legal persons who will benefit from the commercial and personalized services offered via the SITE.
PERSONAL DATA
Information such as the member's identity, address, email address, phone number, IP address, which sections of the SITE were visited, domain type, browser type, visit date, time, etc.

Scope of Services

Without limitation, Careerland's obligation regarding the packages offered for sale on www.careerlande.com is to provide the service on behalf of Careerland without defect after the MEMBER has paid the fee.

Careerland is fully free to determine the scope and nature of the services it will provide via the SITE, and any changes it makes regarding the services are deemed effective when published on the SITE.

To benefit from the services offered on the SITE, users must meet the requirements that will be determined by Careerland and specified in the relevant section of the SITE. Careerland is fully free to determine these requirements, and any changes to them are deemed effective when published on the SITE.

General Provisions

Those who use the SITE may only perform transactions via the SITE for lawful and personal purposes. The legal and criminal liabilities of USERS and MEMBERS for every transaction and act they perform on the SITE belong to them. Each user and member undertakes not to carry out any activity that would infringe the rights of Careerland or any third party. Careerland has no direct or indirect responsibility for damages suffered or that may be suffered by third parties due to the activities of USERS and MEMBERS on the SITE.

The SITE is owned by Careerland. The protection programs for information such as texts, images, trademarks, slogans and other signs on this site and other industrial and intellectual property rights, the page layout and presentation of the SITE are the property of Careerland or organizations from which Careerland has obtained permission and licenses. Copying, modifying, publishing, transmitting, distributing, selling, in whole or in part, the databases, website, software code, HTML code and other codes, products, designs, images, texts, visual and auditory materials, video clips, files, catalogs and lists on this SITE is prohibited. USERS and MEMBERS agree not to reproduce, copy, distribute, process or, by these acts or otherwise, directly or indirectly compete with Careerland. USERS and MEMBERS do not have the right to resell, process, share, distribute, exhibit or permit others to access or use Careerland's services, information or copyrighted works. Partial copying, distribution, reproduction or display of the information on this page is possible only for non-commercial personal needs and with Careerland's written permission.

Careerland may use the information transmitted to it by USERS and MEMBERS on the SITE in accordance with the 'Privacy Policy' and 'Website Terms of Use' provisions. It may process this information and classify and store it in a database. Careerland may also use information such as the identity, address, email address, phone number, IP address, which sections of the SITE were visited, domain type, browser type, visit date and time for statistical evaluation, announcement of campaigns, and providing personalized services. Personal information of USERS and MEMBERS will not be disclosed to third parties, except as required by law or the cases listed below. Personal data may occasionally be given to third parties acting for or on behalf of Careerland or to those related to Careerland's business to better process the original purposes of use or to provide services more appropriately in line with the purposes suggested by USERS and MEMBERS.

Under the terms of these SITE Terms of Use, Careerland reserves all rights to Careerland services, Careerland information, Careerland copyrighted works, Careerland trademarks, trade dress, and any other assets and information provided through this SITE, except where Careerland has expressly granted authorization.

Applications made through minors or persons not authorized to represent and bind the legal entity, even if registration procedures are completed, cannot benefit from the rights arising from being a Member or User. Careerland is not responsible for any contrary requests or actions.

Limitation of Liability

Careerland is not liable for any direct or indirect damages that may arise from accessing the SITE, using the SITE or programs of the data and other information on the SITE due to breach of contract, tort or other reasons. Careerland does not accept any liability for interruption, error, negligence or suspension of operations due to breach of contract, tort, negligence or other reasons. It is accepted that Careerland is exempt from all kinds of liability, claims and damages, including court and other costs, that may arise as a result of accessing this SITE or linked websites or using the SITE.

Assignment of the Agreement

Careerland may assign this agreement, in whole or in part, at any time without notice. However, USERS and MEMBERS may not assign this agreement or any part of it to another party. Any such attempted assignment is void.

Force Majeure

In all situations legally considered force majeure, Careerland is not liable for late performance or non-performance of these 'Website Terms of Use and Membership Agreement'. Such events will not be considered delay, non-performance or default for Careerland, and no compensation obligation will arise for these situations.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Disputes arising from this 'Website Terms of Use and Membership Agreement' are governed by Turkish Law, and the competent courts and enforcement offices will be determined according to the applicable laws. Careerland reserves the right to file a lawsuit in the country where the USER or MEMBER is located.

Effective Date and Acceptance

This 'Website Terms of Use and Membership Agreement' becomes effective on the date it is published in the SITE content by Careerland. USERS and MEMBERS are deemed to have accepted the provisions of this agreement by using the SITE. Careerland may change the provisions of this agreement at any time; changes will be published on the SITE with a version number and change date and will enter into force on the same date.
