Please read the terms and conditions below before using this website (www.careerlande.com) (hereinafter referred to as the “SITE”). Any natural or legal person who benefits from the services offered on this SITE or accesses the SITE in any way shall be deemed to have accepted the following terms of use.

TERMS OF USE

The services offered on this SITE are provided by Green Energy Systems, located at Elsenfelder Str. 32, 63906, DE (hereinafter referred to as “ges-grp”). The legal owner of the SITE is ges-grp, and ges-grp has full authority over the use and disposition of the SITE.

These terms of use may be changed by ges-grp when necessary. In the event of any changes, they will be published on the SITE and will become effective as of the same date.

Any natural or legal person who benefits from the services of the SITE or accesses the SITE shall be deemed to have accepted any changes made by ges-grp to these terms of use in advance.

ges-grp reserves the right to modify any information, forms, and content available on this SITE at any time.

DEFINITIONS OF THE AGREEMENT

  • SITE: The online platform where various services and content are provided within the framework determined by ges-grp.

  • MEMBER: A person who wishes to benefit from the services by purchasing a package from ges-grp, completes the selected membership form accurately, and whose membership is approved by ges-grp.

  • USER: A person who visits the ges-grp website, whether or not they purchase a package.

  • LINK: A connection that allows access from the SITE to another website, files, content, or from another website to the SITE.

  • CONTENT: Any information, files, images, programs, numbers, prices, etc., whether published on the SITE or any other website.

  • TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT: The electronic agreement concluded between ges-grp and the natural or legal persons benefiting from the commercial and personalized services offered through the SITE.

  • PERSONAL INFORMATION: Information such as a member’s identity, address, email address, phone number, IP address, sections of the SITE visited, domain type, browser type, date, and time of visit.

SCOPE OF SERVICES

ges-grp provides services on the SITE, including but not limited to the sale of packages available on www.careerlande.com. Once the payment has been made by the MEMBER, ges-grp ensures the provision of the service in a defect-free manner.

ges-grp is fully authorized to determine the scope and nature of the services provided through the SITE. Any modifications to the services shall become effective upon their publication on the SITE.

To benefit from the services offered on the SITE, USERS must meet the criteria set by ges-grp, which will be specified within the relevant sections of the SITE. ges-grp reserves the right to define these criteria and to enforce any changes by publishing them on the SITE.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

Users of the SITE may only perform transactions for lawful and personal purposes. USERS and MEMBERS are responsible for any legal and criminal consequences of their activities on the SITE. Every USER and MEMBER agrees not to engage in any activity that would infringe upon the rights of ges-grp or any third party.

ges-grp is not directly or indirectly responsible for any damages incurred by third parties as a result of activities carried out by USERS and MEMBERS on the SITE.

ges-grp is the owner of this SITE. The content, design, layout, software, and all intellectual property rights related to the SITE belong to ges-grp or to licensed third parties. Copying, modifying, publishing, distributing, selling, or using any content from the SITE without written permission from ges-grp is strictly prohibited.

USERS and MEMBERS may not reproduce, copy, distribute, process, or otherwise compete with ges-grp, either directly or indirectly, by using the SITE’s software, hardware, and content.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

ges-grp shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from accessing the SITE, using the SITE, or using the information and programs on the SITE.

ges-grp accepts no liability for errors, interruptions, or losses resulting from contract breaches, torts, negligence, or other reasons. USERS and MEMBERS accept that ges-grp shall not be responsible for any damages or claims, including court and legal costs, resulting from the use or visit of this SITE or linked websites.

TRANSFER OF AGREEMENT

ges-grp may transfer this agreement at any time, in whole or in part, without prior notice. However, USERS and MEMBERS may not transfer this agreement or any part thereof to another party. Any such attempt shall be considered invalid.

FORCE MAJEURE

ges-grp shall not be liable for late or non-performance of obligations due to force majeure events recognized by law. Such circumstances shall not be considered a breach of contract or default, and ges-grp shall not be liable for any compensation.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

Disputes arising from this “Terms of Use Agreement” shall be subject to German law, and the competent court and enforcement offices shall be determined in accordance with the applicable law. ges-grp reserves the right to file lawsuits in the USER’s or MEMBER’s country.

ENFORCEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE

This “Terms of Use Agreement” shall enter into force upon its publication on the SITE by ges-grp. USERS and MEMBERS accept these terms by using the SITE. ges-grp may modify these terms at any time, and changes will take effect upon their publication on the SITE along with a version number and date of modification.
