As Careerlande, we value customer satisfaction with our services. However, we make refunds under the following conditions.
1. Refunds for Paid Services
Refunds for purchased paid packages are only valid if the service has not been used.
No refunds will be made after you start using the service.
2. Refund Request
To request a refund, you must contact us within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Refund requests are reviewed and processed within 7 business days if deemed appropriate.
3. Exceptions
No refunds will be made after the service is received.
Refunds cannot be made in cases caused by user errors.
